What to add to your trolley
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp of each of the following: chopped fresh basil, chopped fresh coriander, chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat
How to prepare the deliciousness
1. Whisk together: balsamic vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined.
2. Stir in: garlic, chopped basil, coriander, and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3. Pour the marinade over the T-Bone Steak, making sure it’s fully coated. Marinate for at least 2-4 hours in the refrigerator/or overnight for deeper flavour.
Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to let the steak come to room temperature. Braai or pan-sear the steak.
This marinade will add a sweet, tangy, and herbaceous flavour to your T-Bone steak!
