What to add to your trolley

¼ 
cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Raw Honey
¼ cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp of each of the following: chopped fresh Basil, chopped fresh Coriander, chopped fresh Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Optional: A pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat

How to prepare the deliciousness

1. Whisk together: 
Balsamic Vinegar, Honey, Soy Sauce, and Olive Oil until well combined.

2. Stir in: 
Garlic, chopped Basil, Coriander, and Parsley. Season with Salt and Pepper, and Red Pepper flakes.

3. Marinade:
Pour the marinade over the Grass Fed T-Bone Steak, making sure it’s fully coated. Marinate for at least 2 - 4 hours in the refrigerator/or overnight for deeper flavour.

Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to let the steak come to room temperature. Braai or pan-sear the steak. 

This marinade will add a sweet, tangy, and herbaceous flavour to your T-Bone steak!
