What to add to your trolley
2 Kingklip fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
How to prepare the deliciousness
1. Season the Kingklip fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the Kingklip fillets and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and zest, and season with salt and pepper.
5. Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the Kingklip fillets.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
