What to add to your trolley:
1. Prepare the Coating:
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed herbs. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk together. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs with parmesan cheese (if using).
2. Coat the Chicken:
Coat each chicken strip in the flour mixture, coating evenly. Dip into the egg mixture. Roll in the breadcrumbs until fully coated.
3. Fry until crispy:
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken strips in batches for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy. Place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
4. Serve and Enjoy:
Serve in wraps with your favourite salad leaves/coleslaw with a sweet chili sauce on the side.
