What to add to your trolley:
Optional: 1 tsp Sesame seeds (garnish) Cooked Rice/Noodles
Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, water (or chicken stock), and cornstarch. Set aside for later.
2. Cook the Chicken:
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the raw smoked chicken strips and stir-fry for 4 - 6 minutes, or until fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.
3. Cook the Veggies:
Add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to the same pan. Add the Pan-Friendly Veg. Stir-fry for about 3 - 4 minutes.
4. Combine Chicken and veggies:
Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the garlic and ginger to the empty side. Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant. Return the chicken to the pan. Mix.
5. Add the Sauce:
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan. Toss everything together to coat the chicken and vegetables in the sauce. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and everything is evenly coated.
6. Serve:
Remove the stir-fry from heat and garnish with sesame seeds (if using). Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
