What to add to your trolley:
1. Sear the Beef:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sear the beef strips until browned. Set aside.
2. Sauté Onions:
Add remaining olive oil, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
3. Add Veggies:
Toss veggies in the pan and pan fry for about 15 - 20 minutes until cooked, but still crispy.
4. Add Beef:
Add beef strips to the pan. Add Soy sauce, paprika, Salt, and Pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Serve:
